Cleveland Clinic Web Usability Case Study - Step 1

In this section we introduct the project and how the first step of a complicated project such as the cleveland clinic web redesign, was to provide a quick interim solution. Due to the age and size of the existing site, the branding and overall marketing message was inconsistent with the current Cleveland Clinic Initiative. 

Delivering an inconsistent message across the web, can make the user question the validity of an organization. 

Fathom's first step was to deliver a quick rebranding initiative across all Cleveland Clinic websites providing consistency as well as delivering the new branding and message of Patients first.

In order to expidite this phase, no navigational aspects were improved or changed.
